He is survived by: his girlfriend Pam; his children, Denise Hodge (Adam), Christopher Hill (Melyssa) and Michael Hill (Ariel); his stepchildren, Kelle Barlow (Branden Parish) and Eric Barlow (Stephanie); his siblings, Doni, Leslie, Nancy, Jennifer, Aleigh, Gregory and Richard; and his grandchildren, Mackenzie, Kacey, Justin, Jack, Lincoln, Waylon and Lucy.
