It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Chester Garrett of Vancouver, Washington, who passed away on November 7, 2021, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Oliver Garrett and Althea Garrett; his sister Cindy Quaintance; and his sons, David and Nelson.

He is survived by: his wife Jeanne; his siblings, Bill (Leona), Bob (Sheila) and Vivian; and his children, Chester, Jr. (Toni), Oliver, Anita, Jason Dozark (Janelle), Alyssa Dark (Brad) and Ashley Swenson (Ben). He is also survived by 16 grandchildren and 16 great-grandchildren.
