He was predeceased by: his father Glenn Frank Kline. He is survived by: his mother Carol Eleanor Kline (Jones); his children, Matthew D. and Jordyn K.; his siblings, Lori Whitehead (Charles W. III) and Cordell E.; and his nephews, Blayze M. and Justin Childers. He is also survived by four grandchildren.
To honor his memory, the family invites donations to First United Methodist Church, 234 Main St., Jersey Shore, in lieu of flowers.
