He is survived by: his former wife Jeanine Starr; his wife Christine Mollica; his children, Abram Carver of Jacksonville, Nathan Toliver of Vero Beach, Hannah Carver of Vancouver, Miriam Blondin (Jeff) of Centralia and Sharon Toliver of Vancouver; his grandchildren, Jacob Christian and Bonnie Blondin; and his siblings, Mike, Jerry, Kenny, Mickey Carver and Donna Coleman.
