He was predeceased by: his son Jay Charles; and his wife Lois. He is survived by: his daughters, Bonnie M. Wells of Seattle, Carol J. Rodda of Seattle and Joy L. Kubow of Vancouver. He is also survived by eight grandchildren, and twelve great-grandchildren.
