He was predeceased by: his parents, Benjamin Endicott and Helen Endicott (Salatino); his children, Nicholas Jr., James and Elma Tilei; and his grandsons, Joshua Endicott and Benjamin Crawford.
He is survived by: his children, Patricia Preston (Randy), Anna Danzer (Paul), Joe Endicott (Michelle), Kelly Endicott (Angela) and Lynda Hartman of Florida; his wife Linda; and his grandson David Endicott. He is also survived by grandchildren and many great grandchildren.
