We announce the death of Peggy Annette Olson (Vancouver, Washington), born in Seattle, Washington, who passed away on August 20, 2026, at the age of 83. She was predeceased by: her parents, Clarence Anderson and Marguerite Anderson (Lumijarvi); her siblings, Shiela and Robert (Brian); and her children, Jeff and Julia.
She is survived by: her parent-in-law Waino Rasanen; her husband Brian Olson of Belden, ND.; her sisters, Judy Questad, Ridgefield, Helen Rasanen (Lou) and Vancouver; her son Eddy (Carol); her daughters-in-law, Debbie Olson and Christie Farnan; her grandchildren, Christina Olsen, Mindy Olson (Calvin), Robert Olson, Cassandra Green (Donald), Kyli (Dan), Southern of Oregon and Finnegan Olson-Farnan; her great grandchildren, Zach Sylvester, Anthony Sylvester, Isaac Sylvester (Zoey), Heidi Sylvester, Bethany Sylvester, Bradley Lemmon (Rebecca), Austin, Skylar Lemmon, Adam Albataineh, Emmalee, Nathan Baker, Skylar Olson, Kayden and Sophie Green; Helen and Ezra.
A funeral service was held on Friday, August 28th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the Vancouver Apostolic Lutheran Church (2103 NE 68th St, Vancouver, WA 98665). A burial was held on Monday, August 31st 2026 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Riverview Heights Cemetery (1200 S Olympia St, Kennewick, WA 99337).
