He was predeceased by : his father Jose G. Luna; his stepfather Wayne Trull; and his grandparents, John and Wanda Friend. He is survived by : his mother WanEllin S. Trull of Washougal; his sister-in-law Cassie Luna of Copperas Cove; his nephews, Lucas of Texas, Dominic of Texas and Evan of Texas; his niece Kalina of Vancouver; and his close friend Dena Geiger of McMinnville, Oregon..
