Elliott; his children, Joanna Sioux Elliott and James Darrell Elliott II of Veradale, WA.; his sisters, Jill Suzanne Means (Elliott) of Monmouth, OR and Jamee Shannon Meeker (Pond) of Independence, OR; and his grandmother Joy Thompson.
