Creta Scudder Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Creta Scudder of Walla Walla, Washington, who passed away on August 25, 2024, at the age of 96, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Elda Heller and Blanche Heller; her husband Herbert Scudder; and her siblings, Donald Heller, Charles Heller and Joyce Heller.
She is survived by: her brother Raymond Heller (Judy); and her children, Creta Darrow (Rick), Carolyn Rand (Richard), Charlene Lakey, Tim Scudder (Janna), Colleen Scudder (Robert), Carman Gerking (Kevin) and Chris Scudder (Debbie). She is also survived by 14 Grandkids.
A graveside service will be held on Saturday, September 21st 2024 at 10:00 AM at the Ivy Cemetery (7641 WA-124, Prescott, WA 99348). A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, September 21st 2024 from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the College Place Presbyterian Church (325 NE Damson Ave, College Place, WA 99324).
Memorial contributions may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital or the Blue Mountain Humane Society through the Herring Groseclose Funeral Home, 315 W Alder St, Walla Walla WA 99362.
