He was predeceased by: his parents, Caraway "Ted" Weems and Eunice Weems. He is survived by: his siblings, Kenneth Weems and Valerie Horton; and his nieces, Amy Weems, Christy Weems, Jessica Horton and Loree Weems. He is also survived by several great-nieces, great-nephews, and cousins.
