He is survived by: his wife LaVora Boltz of Pendleton; his sons, Brian Boltz of Pendleton and Brandon Boltz (Abby Boltz) of Meridian, Idaho; his siblings, Dave Boltz (Denise Boltz) of Irrigon, Oregon, Sharon Kaping (Tyler Kaping) of Hermiston, Oregon and Jan Boltz of Seattle, Washington; his stepdaughters, Susan Peterson of Fossil and Sheri Hale of Homedale, Idaho.; his grandchildren, Daysen Boltz, Gannon Boltz, Bodhi Boltz of Meridan Idaho and Rhyelle Boltz of Tri-Cites, Washington.; and his stepgrandchildren, Justin Buckley, Kiley Conery and Logan Hale.
