We announce the death of Gerald Lutz in Walla Walla, Washington, born in Stevens Point, Wisconsin, who passed away on October 19, 2026, at the age of 85. He was predeceased by: his parents, Norman Lutz and Norma Lutz; his siblings, Gary (Georgia Lutz), Roger Lutz, David (Debi Lutz) and Sondra (Jerry Hammon); and his brothers-in-law, Carl, Ric and Jon Erickson.

He is survived by: his wife Karen; his son Curt; his daughter-in-law Kathleen; his grandchildren, Courtney Lutz and Kyle Lutz; his great grandchildren, Ronin Vazquez and Sophia Vega; his sister Cindy Lutz; and his sisters-in-law, Charlene Lutz and Connie Erickson. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
