She was predeceased by: her parents, Lonnie Lee Kelly Sr. and Katie Mae Spellman; and her brother Samuel Kelly (Ira Anderson). She is survived by: her children, Debbie Noel, Anita Hill, Kathryn Foreman and Robin Spearman; and her sisters, Barbara Ledbetter and Veronica Kelly. She is also survived by Grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
A celebration of life will be held on Friday, October 23rd 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Mountain View-Colonial Dewitt Funeral Home (1551 Dalles Military Rd, Walla Walla, WA 99362).
