She was predeceased by: her husband Paul Dean Gaines; her brother Fred Boyer; her siblings-in-law, Linda Boyer and Richard Woodhall; and her granddaughter Tonya.

She is survived by: her sons, Michael D. Gaines (Gracie), Craig O. Gaines (Tiffany) and Brian S. Gaines (Tracy); her grandchildren, Michael Gaines (Erin Carr), Marissa Grigg (Conner), Lydia Tefft (Alec), Clayton Gaines (Hillary), Trevor Gaines (Haven), Megan Gaines (Craig Lockard), Breyl Montoya (Alex Lara), Cynjyn Montoya, Jessica Noldner (Billy) and Brittany Key (Levi Garrett); her great grandchildren, Roczen, Liam, Rylan, Jax, Hailey, Paisley, Penelope, Aaiza, Cataleya and Ameriyana; her siblings, David Boyer and Carol Woodhall; her nephews, Justin and Kevin; and her niece Tami.
