She was predeceased by: her husband Jack F. Babbitt Sr.; her parents, Effie Amburn and Elmer "Jack" Amburn; and her siblings, Alvis Lee Amburn, Jimmie Davis Amburn and Shirely A. Amburn.
She is survived by: her son Jack F. Babbitt Jr.; her daughter-in-law Sherry Babbitt; her daughter Rebecca Hatley; her son-in-law Brian Hatley; and her grandson Jonathan Hatley. She is also survived by six other grandchildren, and three great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, contributions in Mable's memory can be made to Gesa Power House Theatre or the Little Theatre of Walla Walla, reflecting her love for the arts and community involvement.
