She was predeceased by : her parents, Arthur J Fowler and Eula Byrd Fowler (Lightfoot); her husband Frank Amen; her daughter Joanne Pomada; and her siblings, Arthur "AJ" Fowler, Carl Fowler, Bill Fowler, James "Jimmie" Fowler, Ella Mae Fowler, Marie Church, Dorothy "Dot" Erdman, Doris Smith and Mable Brian.
She is survived by : her daughter Kathleen Broom of Forest Grove, OR; her grandchildren, Jesse Broom of Forest Grove, OR, Colin Broom of Sacramento, CA, Amy Smith of Asheville, NC, Hannah Watterberg of Beaverton, OR, Marie White of Spokane, WA, Callie Broom of Portland, OR, Jennifer Pomada of Astoria, OR and Gabriel Broom of Hillsboro, OR; and her caregiver Cheryl Erdman of Walla Walla. She is also survived by 13 great-grandchildren; many nieces and nephews.
