She was predeceased by: her parents, Albert Herman and Maxine Ingram Herman; her siblings, Loleeta and Jerry Herman; her granddaughter Katie Nolan; and her great grandchild Everett Heady.
She is survived by: her husband Robert Fulgham; her children, Nixie Fulgham, Darla Nolan and Robert Fulgham, Jr.; and her grandchildren, Jarod Heady, Jason Nolan and Heidi Nolan.
