He was predeceased by: his parents, David Henry Olson and Evis Graham Olson; and his nephew David Base II. He is survived by: his wife Hazel Olson; his children, Desiree Weber (Sam), Jennifer Olson, Jerry Perkins (Sheri), Harvey Olson (Angie) and Nicholas Olson; and his siblings, Jean Base (Dave), Layne Martin (Dave), Debra Fahey (Rick), David Olson and Rick Olson (Cindy). He is also survived by 16 grandchildren, 2 great-grandchildren and numerous nieces & nephews.
