He was predeceased by: his mother Francis Fowler. He is survived by: his father Millard Fowler; his wife Judith Fowler; his daughters, Stephanie Young (Chris) and Jessica DeWolfe (Jon); and his grandchildren, Cameron Young, Payton DeWolfe, Dylan Young and Jackson DeWolfe.
Those who wish to honor his memory may make a donation in his name to the Rocky Mountain Elk Foundation or Safari Club International in support of wildlife conservation, in lieu of flowers.
