He was predeceased by: his parents, Pranas Lapatinskas and Jadvyga Lapatinskas; and his sister Grazina. He is survived by: his wife Alice Gerkyte; his daughter Dalia (Barlow Corkrum); his niece Dana Mikenas; and his nephew Povilas Varnaitis.
