Jack N. Maddox Obituary

We announce the death of Jack N. Maddox of Wapato, Washington, who passed away on July 21, 2026, at the age of 82. Jack will be remembered by family members, friends, and others whose lives were connected in meaningful ways. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Otis W. Maddox and Merl Maddox (Roberts); and his siblings, Bobby, Claude, Gene Maddox and Evelyn Gray.

He is survived by: his wife Patty Maddox (Cowin); his children, Sharon Paul (Bruce), Charlie Maddox (Faye) and Sandy Changala; his grandchildren, Jacob Changala (Mikayla Mccord), Jessica Changala, Averi Maddox, Paige Maddox, Cassie Studebeck (Dylan), Maegan Changala (Rikki) and Dominic Changala; his great grandchildren, Amaya, Ellie, Bennie and Blake; and his brother Donny Maddox. He is also survived by numerous cousins, nephews, and nieces.
