With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of John Edward Andreas (Wapato, Washington), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on July 16, 2025 at the age of 96. He was predeceased by: his parents, Anthony F. Andreas and Flora Andreas (Zimmerman); his sons, John Andreas, Jr. and Gary Andreas; and his siblings, Mary Henke, Edith Oswalt, Wilhelmina King (Willie), Joe Andreas and Anthony Andreas.
He is survived by: his wife Edna Mae Struchtemeyer; his children, Frances Andreas, Lorena Stover (Henry), Jean Andreas, Robert Andreas and Lee Andreas (Valorie); his grandchildren, Thomas Stover, Cassandra Fritz, Aaron Stover, Amanda Hangge, Samantha Fleischer, Lane Andreas and John T. Andreas; and his great grandchildren, Kairi, Monty Fritz, Taylor, Landyn Stover, Iyla Stover, Annabell, Abram Hangge and Everly Grace Fleischer.
Viewing will be held on Thursday, July 24th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Valley Hills Funeral Home. A graveside service will be held on Friday, July 25th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM.
