He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry E. Hunter and Margaret Hunter (Weston); and his brothers, Jim and John Hunter. He is survived by: his wife Barbara; his children, Kristi Hunter-Russell, Carla Rush, Kurt Luttrell, Kye Luttrell and Kent Luttrell; his siblings, Patrick Hunter (Marilyn) and Ann Garza (Frank); and his pet Susie. He is also survived by ten grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
Viewing was held on Saturday, May 16th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Book Hotel Valley Hills Funeral Home - Wapato (218 W 3rd St, Wapato, WA 98951). A graveside service was held on Saturday, May 16th 2026 from 12:30 PM to 1:00 PM at the Book Hotel Reservation Community Memorial Park (5161 W Wapato Rd, Wapato, WA 98951). A reception was held on Saturday, May 16th 2026 at 1:00 PM at 210 E 3rd St, Wapato, WA 98951.
