He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Kisler and Erna Kisler (Rauter); his son Randall James; his brothers, Howard and Wesley; his siblings-in-law, Sandra and Rod Butler; and his great grandchild Jesse Ranstrom.
He is survived by: his wife Patricia Kisler of Sunnyside, Washington.; his sister Sylvia Butler; his sister-in-law Loretta Kisler; his brother Dennis Kisler; and his siblings' children, Todd Kisler (Nila), Scott Kisler (Lorinda Howard), Brian Kisler (Ashley) and Katie Jensen (Adam). He is also survived by eighteen grandchildren and thirty-one great grandchildren.
