He was predeceased by: his parents, Joe Kurkowski and Betty Kurkowski; his sister Theresa; and his brothers-in-law, Mark Clark and Robert Dasch.
He is survived by: his wife Patti Kurkowski; his son Kerry Kurkowski (Nicole); his grandchildren, Kaylynn and Joey; his daughter Stacie White (Steve); his granddaughter Kylie; and his sisters, Roxanne Clark and Ruth Dasch.
