He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Francis, Elaine Gehring Kramer and Gerald Donelan. He is survived by: his parents, Colleen Kramer and Robert Kramer (Bob); his brother Scott Kramer; his son Ronan Kramer; and his grandmother Gertrude Harguth Donelan. He is also survived by aunts, uncles and cousins.

Memorials in Dave's honor are preferred to his son Ronan's college fund.
