She was predeceased by: her parents, Sheridan Henderson and Vera June Henderson (Weekley); and her son Joshua Matthew Nelson Blake. She is survived by: her husband Zachary Blake; her son Christopher Michael Nelson; and her sisters, Sandra Rankin of Colorado, Leslie Henderson of West Virginia and Sheryl Hayes of Indiana. She is also survived by her family and friends.
