He was predeceased by: his father William Fairbanks; and his stepfather Donald Baker. He is survived by: his mother Susan Baker (Andrea Shane) of Wenatchee, WA; his brother Jeffrey; his children, Andrew Fairbanks (Haley) and Chelsea Fairbanks; his siblings, Christopher Fairbanks (Tracy), Elizabeth Fairbanks, Hoang Min Thai, Heather Baker, Helen Baker, Sherry Rogers and Marcela Gonzalez-Reyes; his grandsons, Henry and Benjamin Fairbanks; his siblings' children, Brandon Fairbanks, Amber Fairbanks and Ryley Fairbanks; and his stepmother Mary Fuller.
