Edith Christopher Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Edith Christopher (Wenatchee, Washington), born in Monitor, Washington, who passed away on July 19, 2023, at the age of 103, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Dorrance Johnson and Elizabeth Johnson; her husband James Christopher; and her siblings, Dorothy, Theresa and David.
She is survived by: her sons, James Christopher (Sue) of Surprise and Homer Christopher (Linda) of San Diego, California; her grandsons, Terry Christopher (Terrie Jean) and Timothy Christopher (Tamariel); her stepgrandchildren, John Reece (Kellie) and Michelle Gregoire; her great grandchildren, Gavin Davis, Corey, Maggie, Caden, Camden and Cooper; her stepgreat-grandsons, Don Frisch and Corey Reece; her sister Louise Lombard of Wenatchee, Washington; her nephews, Jeff Lombard (Deedee) and Mark Lombard (Karen); and her niece Shari Stricker (Allan).
Edith had two sisters, Dorothy and Theresa, who died during the Spanish Flu Pandemic of 1918.
Edith requested that in lieu of flowers, donations be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital or a charitable organization of your choice.
