He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy McMillan and Ruby McMillan. He is survived by: his wife Rosalie McMillan; his children, James D. McMillan (Jane), Robert McMillan, Troy McMillan (Sylvia) and Susan Yang (Abe); and his siblings, Gaile Johnson and Phil McMillan. He is also survived by sixteen grandchildren, and twenty nine great grandchildren.
