He is survived by: his significant other Kara Bash; his pet Morgan; his son Zachary Bass; his mother Myra Grossarth; his sister Jennifer Tanner; his nephew Tanner Phillips; his stepsiblings, Sharon Armengol (Andy), Jeff Grossarth (Trish) and Matthew Holland; his half-brother Alexander Tanner; his aunts, Vesta Cowing and Beverly Stokes; his father Ian Leslie; and his siblings, Shauna Enos and Glen Leslie. He is also survived by numerous other cousins, nieces and nephews and close friends.
