It is with sadness that the passing of Malia Tucker (Wenatchee, Washington) is shared. Malia, born on February 4, 1955 in Seattle, Washington, passed away on September 10, 2026. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
Malia will be remembered for the time spent with loved ones and the moments that brought joy to those around her. Friends and family will honor Malia by reflecting on shared memories and the positive influence she had in their lives. Though Malia is no longer present, the bonds she created and the experiences shared will endure. Malia’s memory will continue to be a source of comfort for all who knew her.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Cliff Foster and Margie Foster; and her husband Rich. She is survived by: her daughters, Jeanne-Marie Henkle (Brett) and Madeline Orr (Marcus); her grandchildren, Tucker Orr and Rosalind Henkle; her siblings, Shawn (Richard) and Cliff (Heidi Madson); and her niece Malia Roth (Mehmet Kucukgoz). She is also survived by nieces, nephews, grand-nieces, and grand-nephews.
A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 3rd 2026 from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the St. Luke's Episcopal Church (428 King St, Wenatchee, WA 98801).
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations to your preferred charity, or to your local National Public Radio (NPR) station, the Public Broadcasting Service (PBS), the Alzheimer's Association, or the Women's Resource Center (WRC) in Wenatchee.
