With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Paul B. Westby in Wenatchee, Washington, who passed away on May 6, 2023 at the age of 74. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Elling Westby and Selma Westby; his sisters, Adele Lone and Gloria Lunde; and his niece Christina Dailey.

He is survived by: his wife Jean Westby; his children, Kathy Owens (Cole) of Whatcom County, Rachel Westby of Whatcom County, Joe Westby (Jamie) of Quincy, WA. and Ashley Olsen (Josh) of Fargo, ND.; his sister Elaine Smith of Edmore; and his grandchildren, Kodie Euper, Lexi Owens, Devyn Owens, Sophia Westby, Kennedy Westby Maddix Westby, Ella Olson and Harper Olson.
