He was predeceased by: his wife Jacquie; and his daughter Joanna. He is survived by: his daughter Dianna; his son-in-law Joel West; his grandchildren, April Peone (Dustin), Brandi Cusick (Wes), Cailey Couch (Chris) and Colton Dally (Allison); and his great grandchildren, Jacob, Amy, Jax and Beckham.
