He is survived by: his wife Kay; his children, Adrienne Baerny of Edmonds, WA, Jessica King of Moses Lake, WA, Cedric McIntosh and Gerald McIntosh of Rancho Cucamonga, CA; his grandchild Ashleigh Baerny; and his sons, Alex, Robert McIntosh, Killian, Kaiya King, Nanako, Momoko and Ririko McIntosh.
