It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Rose (Tolliver) Stuart of Wenatchee, Washington, born in Ephrata, Washington, who passed away on November 9, 2022, at the age of 49, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her grandparents, June J Streeter (Frazier), J. Ruth Smart (Edmondson) and James Leroy Tolliver Sr.; her uncles, Steven G Streeter and Melvin Lucas; and her aunt Cheryl L Jones (Tolliver).
She is survived by: her parents, James Leroy Tolliver Jr. (Tanya) and Charleen Annette Tolliver (Streeter); her grandfather George J Streeter (Linda); her children, Steven J and Sierra N; her grandchildren, Terrance Tolliver East Wenatchee, Skye Johnson Wenatchee and F. Lea Goldsby Wenatchee; and her brothers, Jamie L Tolliver, Johnothan W, Seth J, Josh Hailey (Sharon) and Ian. She is also survived by 6 nieces and 7 nephews and 1 grand nephew; 4 Aunts and 3 Uncles; 19 cousins.
