He is survived by: his wife Susan Horner; his sons, Chad Horner (Patrick) and Martin Horner (Amy); his former wife Louise Horner; his stepchildren, Lance Coleman (Maryann) and Tricia Clymens (Jeff); his grandchildren, Skylar, Ally, Chase, Peyton, Cameron, Cody and Justyn; and his sisters, Deborah Horner and Evie Chambers. He is also survived by the many great-grandchildren.
