Virginia H. O'Keeffe Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Virginia H. O'Keeffe of Wenatchee, Washington, born in Long Prairie, Minnesota, who passed away on June 23, 2022, at the age of 95, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Patrick O'Keeffe; her parents, Valentine Thoennes and Leona Thoennes; her siblings, Florian (Bud), Marcy Cash (Robert), Roselyn Anderson (Richard) and Constance Beck (Victor); her son-in-law Cpt. William E. Bakse, Jr.; and her son Thomas P. O'Keeffe.
She is survived by: her sister Mary Ann Crow of Portland, Oregon; and her children, Teresa C. Bakse of Elma, WA, James N. (Cindy) of Snohomish, WA, Jean M. (Lonnie) of Wenatchee, WA, Neil E. (Debbie) of Spokane Valley, WA, Nancy A. of Tumwater, WA and Eileen V. Long (Mitch) of Rochester, MN. She is also survived by thirteen grandchildren; eleven great grandchildren, and one great-great grandchild.
