He is survived by: his wife Janice Castle (Etue) of West Seattle; his daughter Karri; his son-in-law Matt Boerner of Silverdale; his granddaughter Celina DeJong (Jack Barker) of Bremerton; his sisters, Marlys Johnson of Bellingham and Shirley Buntrock; and his brother-in-law Jerry Etue of Matlock. He is also survived by cousins, nieces, nephews, friends.
