He was predeceased by : his father Gary Smith. He is survived by : his significant other Megan; his daughters, Sadie and Stella; his mother Ann Smith (Ward); his siblings, Garrett, Johnny Smith, Maggie Downer (Brian) and Pauline Elam (Ethan); and his pet Claire.
