He is survived by: his children, Megan Rockwell (Randy) and Ken Hayden (Becca); his wife Carol Machado; his sisters, Pat (Bill), Theresa and Deanna (Frank); his grandchildren, Gunnar, Mitchell, Jaxon, Gavin and Austin; and his close friends, Russ and Lisa Morgan.
