He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Green (Bud) and Ella Green (Gohl); his sister Shirlee Pue; and his brother-in-law Jack Sluder. He is survived by: his wife Gayle Nye; his children, Keeley (Tom) and Jason; his grandson Weston (Jocee); his siblings, Patti Carey (Gary), Dan Green (Janie) and John Green (Pat); and his siblings-in-law, Gary Pue, Glenda Sluder and Lisa Hatch (Mike). He is also survived by two great grandchildren.
