She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter Wendt and Helen Wendt; her husband Don Kohls of Yakima; her siblings, Lyle, Wayne and Audrey; and her granddaughter Stephanie.
She is survived by: her children, Chuck Kohls (Karin) of Gleed, Jerry Kohls (Charlene), Joan Guzzo (Peter) of Seattle, Sheila Kohls of Seattle, Mary Kohls (Tim Muskthel) of Yakima and Michelle Leach (Brian) of Maple Valley; her sister Ardys Haupt of Spokane; and her siblings-in-law, Karin Cox (Bob), Tish Kohls and Cy Kohls (Jenny). She is also survived by fourteen grandchildren, eight great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Astria Home Health & Hospice Foundation, American Heart Association or American Cancer Society.
