He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard Dale and Shirley Elithe Westbrook (Fuller); his sister Gayle Wingerter; his in-laws, Melvin and Gaye Adams; and his grandson Samuel Ellis Hall Jakeman.
He is survived by: his wife Marie Adams; his children, Anthony of Seattle, WA, Alicia Jakeman (Eli) of Richland, WA, Nathan Westbrook (Natalie) of Clarksville, TN, Natalie Defoe of Yakima, WA and Janae Williams (Josiah "JJ") of Kennewick, WA.; his grandchildren, Penelope, Brysen, Asher, Darius, Ezra, Tessi, Rowenna, Aurelia, Beatrice, Crespin and Celeste; and his siblings-in-law, Frank Wingerter, Steve Adams, Richard Adams (Karen), Jerry Adams, Louis Adams (Charlene), Dee Adams (Casie) and LeiLani Billings (Mike). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and cousins.
