We are sad to announce that on September 24, 2025, at the age of 72, David Michael Desmarais (Yakima, Washington) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Patricia Desmarais and Moise Desmarais; and his siblings, Mary Rust (Dick), Fred Prior (Charie), Greg Prior, Cyrl Desmarais, Rochelle and Chelle Rush (Don).
He is survived by: his daughter Macy Desmarais; his significant other Gina Desmarais; his stepdaughter Genny; his pet Mandy; and his brother Dick Prior (Maggy).
A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Friday, October 3rd 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Holy Family Catholic Chapel (5315 Tieton Dr, Yakima, WA 98908). A reception will be held on Friday, October 3rd 2025 at 11:30 AM at the Yakima Country Club (500 Country Club Dr, Yakima, WA 98901).
His contributions to the community continued to enrich everyone who knew him.
