He is survived by: his wife Kathy; his daughter Tiffany Hanshew (Matthew); his granddaughter Madalyn; his son Jon Forgey (Makayla); his grandson Colt; and his brothers, Bill Forgey (Shelly) and Terry Forgey. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
