She is survived by: her friend Polly Quinn; her spouse Charlie O'Connor of Paul's Cathedral; her son Tom; her caregivers, Chris, Keri, Debi, Stephanie, Phyllis, Devon, Lauren and Connie; her children, Karen O'Connor (Tony), Molly Martinez (Mike), Pat O'Connor (Patricia) and Phil Tse; her grandchildren, Jacob, Lily, Mitchel, Daniel, Moses, Ruby O'Connor, Colleen, Lucy and Charlie Martinez; and her sisters-in-law, Salie Cockrill, Kathleen Hagan and Helen Manaras. She is also survived by nieces, nephews and cousins.
