He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Kerrigan and Loretta Kerrigan (Lowry); his wife Victoria Heide; and his brothers, Leonard and William.

He is survived by: his children, Roberta Chavers (Gus) of Puyallup, Julie Landsiedel (Darald) of Yakima, Wes Kerrigan (Marla) of Kansas and Vince Kerrigan (Lea) of Yakima; and his grandchildren, Heather, Alex, Sonny, Christopher, Mathew, Jake, Raina, Fallon, Auberry, Malissa, Miranda and Melinda. He is also survived by 12 great grandchildren.
