He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Nicolas and Elipidia Peña; his wife Martha; his daughters, Abigail Cruz (Angel), Aimee Peña and Dolly Peña; and his grandchildren, Elias, Elliana, Everly, Angel and Juliana.

In lieu of flowers we ask in Federico's honor that funds and donations be made to the completion of Puerta Del Cielo Church in Durango, Mexico.
